The .S. Atomotive Grop o Genine Parts Company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in the Midwest region to develop new cstomers and expand sales in to existing cstomers at all distribtions centers levels or an assigned sales territory and prodct lines. This is a niqe opportnity to join an aggressive, high-energy sales team. The Regional Sales Manager will report to the General Manager and will be responsible or developing new bsiness, crrent client retention, and process management while providing the highest level o cstomer service and spport.

Position Perormance Measres:

  • Monthly sales qota
  • Consistent contact and sccessl relationships with the store, distribtion center, and division management
  • Expense management
  • Addition gaining new bsiness within or NAPA Stores

  • Responsibilities:

  • Implement sales programs and ensre all District Managers and distribtion center awareness
  • Rotinely contact and commnicate with the distribtion center, divisions, stores, cstomers
  • Ensre prodct and training classes are held
  • Work with the sppliers to resolve any spply isses
  • Report reqired inormation to General Manager and Division Vice Presidents as needed
  • Direct and manage the sales activities o the District Sales Managers
  • Provide accrate sales projections and tilize strategic planning to improve sales
  • Enorce all company policies

  • Bachelor29s Degree or eqivalent sales/marketing experience

  • 5 - 7 years o previos selling experience
  • Some previos leadership experience coaching, managing, and developing others
  • Eective oral and written commnication skills
  • Strong personal drive and sel-motivation to accomplish sales goals
  • Analytical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to provide innovative soltions to opportnities and problems
  • Microsot Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
  • Possess a high sense o rgency and be cstomer service oriented.
  • Be a team player. We want teammates with a proactive, never-ail-attitde in the ace o adversity, ambigos sitations, and a lack o managerial oversight. Yo shold have the ability to work and motivate yorsel independently while also working with teammates or the greater good o the team and Company.

  • Excellent presentation skills - ability to eectively deliver sales presentations to varied adiences.
  • Ability to deine problems and resolve them qickly.
  • Set expectations, track reslts, and manage accontability.

  • Work Environment and Physical Reqirements:

  • Work will be condcted in oice, warehose, retail stores, cstomer site environments
  • reqent periods standing/walking in nairconditioned warehose acilities and retail stores
  • Exposed to vibrations and dst, with noise level at moderate to low decibels
  • Mst be able to lit p to 5 ponds at times
  • Speciic vision ability reqired by this job incldes close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjst ocs
  • Reglarly reqired to se hands and ingers, and handle or eel objects
  • Other physical tasks reqired inclde pshing, reaching, climbing, and stooping
  • Local travel, to inclde overnight travel, may be p to 5% - 75% o time to perorm dties
  • The preerred candidate shold reside in the Midwest region.
