MISSION

SwagUp is looking for a Project Coordinator to support our growing Sales team! The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, high-output problem solver, who is passionate about our mission: Make creating and distributing impactful swag as simple as possible! This role is designed to help the Account Executive team deliver on client requests and improve the overall client experience. Our Project Coordinator must be able to think quickly and work in a fast paced environment.

This is an entry-level position that will be the first step in a successful career path and entry way into a company that is building something special. This is an opportunity to get in the door, put in the time, develop new skills and use it as a launch pad for rapid career development. You will be collaborating across multiple departments, so strong communication is key! RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administrative duties related to client orders, such as building packs, replacing out of stock items, and issuing reorders
• Effectively communicate and manage any design requirements to our Design team
• Support the Project Management team on key initiatives for large scale client projects
• Work alongside our Procurement team to ensure all projects can be completed as outlined and within timeframes
• Directly communicate with clients as needed regarding order logistics and product details
• Partner with the Operations team on client requests and active orders.
• Provide support for Sales and/or CX with client related shipment queries and dashboard troubleshooting.
• Support the management of Shopify client stores in partnership with the Project Management team

REQUIREMENTS

• No professional work experience required
• Computer literacy and experience using Google suite
• Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
• The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
• Must be able to work independently on tasks and work well with others team members
• A strong interest in sales and/or project management!
• Salesforce and JIRA experience is a plus!
