The Manager, Inbound Sales, brings this to life by contributing to sales strategy development and decision-making and guiding the work of Inbound Sales and your teams.

What you will do
  • Maintain and grow Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) by leveraging the value proposition of our
    Vonage Business Cloud (VBC) products
  • Partner with adjacent departments to find opportunities and efficiencies along the sales process
  • Hire, lead and mentor our amazing team members in order to solve our prospective customers’
    problems; create better business outcomes
  • Responsible for Team’s accountability for maintaining accurate and detailed lead, account,
    contact, opportunity, and sales activity in Salesforce CRM
  • Anticipate customer needs and concerns, and maintain knowledge of problems and issues facing
    the team and that of our customers
  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive
    developments
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to aid in the continued success and innovation
    of our sales process and overall team
  • Develop and apply thorough understanding of Vonage Business Cloud (VBC) products, sales
    methodology, and processes
  • Use solution selling to introduce new products and services

What is required for application
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a Sales team in a fast-paced, highly competitive
    environment, preferably in B2B
  • Working in a SaaS environment a plus
  • CRM experience required, Salesforce experience preferred
  • Coaching certification or methodology preferred
