What you will do
- Maintain and grow Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) by leveraging the value proposition of our
Vonage Business Cloud (VBC) products - Partner with adjacent departments to find opportunities and efficiencies along the sales process
- Hire, lead and mentor our amazing team members in order to solve our prospective customers’
problems; create better business outcomes - Responsible for Team’s accountability for maintaining accurate and detailed lead, account,
contact, opportunity, and sales activity in Salesforce CRM - Anticipate customer needs and concerns, and maintain knowledge of problems and issues facing
the team and that of our customers - Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive
developments - Collaborate with team members and leadership to aid in the continued success and innovation
of our sales process and overall team - Develop and apply thorough understanding of Vonage Business Cloud (VBC) products, sales
methodology, and processes - Use solution selling to introduce new products and services

What is required for application
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a Sales team in a fast-paced, highly competitive
environment, preferably in B2B - Working in a SaaS environment a plus
- CRM experience required, Salesforce experience preferred
- Coaching certification or methodology preferred
