Leads Vonage’s business support systems transformation strategy, roadmap, governance, budget, risk management, vendor evaluation, and process redesign. The role aligns Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Finance, Sales, and Commercial stakeholders while modernizing CRM, billing, rating, identity, analytics, and platform services. It establishes future-state architecture principles, manages legacy scope, drives migration and adoption, and ensures investment decisions support scalability, resilience, commercial growth, operational efficiency, and customer value.

Supports Engineering operations through financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, spend governance, vendor and purchase commitment tracking, variance analysis, KPI governance, risk management, documentation, and action follow-through. Partners with Finance, Procurement, and Engineering leaders to maintain accurate reporting, identify financial and operational risks, and drive informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Design, develop, and maintain highly concurrent, distributed backend services in a cloud-native environment. Drive architecture and technical decisions, optimize performance, build and test reliable REST services, support releases, establish engineering standards, mentor junior engineers, and participate in on-call support.
