As an EA you have the opportunity to support our North American Field & Corporate Sales Teams and work in a close partnership with the VP of Sales and Chief of Staff. You will have the chance to grow your skill set and develop through close peer and manager feedback. 


This is a meaningful role that is directly responsible for meeting orchestration, calendar management, capturing key account and internal conversations, documenting and supporting next steps for internal meetings, overseeing team management activities, team meetings, events, and generally helping our sales teams run more smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Work with your teammates to ensure the highest level of service for our internal teams and advertising partners
  • You will effectively communicate and coordinate schedules, key milestones, and deliverables across cross-functional teams
  • Work closely with the Sales leadership group to help with account mapping and weekly data scrubbing
  • Organize sales and marketing events, such as all-hands meetings, client summits and team outings
  • Organize and prepare presentations for external client and internal meetings
  • Contribute to both team and company-wide events
  • Serve as liaison between the commercial department and other departments within the company

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in an operational role and ideally some relevant marketing, digital advertising and/or social media experience
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Analytical with strong quantitative skills and a strong working knowledge of Excel.
  • Ability to multitask, manage, prioritize and produce results quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively report findings and influence change.
  • High level of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Salesforce experience preferred

Recognizing the importance of flexible work environments, Quantcast is implementing a hybrid work model which will take effect October 18, 2021. The model gives employees the opportunity to work from home two days a week and work in the office for team collaboration for the remainder of the time.  Through at least the end of 2021, we are providing additional flexibility, including relaxing the in-office schedule and offering flexibility around the number of days and which day one is required to be in the office. Hybrid employees can also work remotely for two weeks each year or apply for our fully-remote work program. To ensure the safety of everyone, all U.S. employees working from a Quantcast office or who meet clients are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19. Outside of the U.S., we encourage all employees to get vaccinated.
