The Customer Service/Technical Inside Sales Representative role at Donaldson is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving and are not afraid to roll-up-your sleeves and use your technical skills to provide solutions for our customers. Role Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming customer service and technical support calls, chats and emails from customers
- Driving sales by providing technical part information, recommending replacement parts, looking for up-selling opportunities, providing pricing and accepting orders
- Maintaining product and customer knowledge - staying current with cutting edge technologies that impact your customers
- Resolving customer complaints, answering customer requests and taking corrective action as needed in regard to orders, product availability, pricing and shipments
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers in your assigned territory
- Supporting the Field Sales team with projects and sales opportunities
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in professional-level customer service
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type 45 words per minute
- Technical problem-solving experience
- Experience working with Oracle, CRM and Microsoft applications preferred
