Collection Specialist II

DAT Solutions is currently searching to fill a Collection Specialist III role within our Billing team in Beaverton, OR.
Summary
This position (also known as enterprise billing representative) will maintain regular contact with our enterprise customers to resolve outstanding invoices, explain billing issues, answer billing related questions and take payments. Along with this primary duty the representative will handle specified office tasks that apply to or impact our enterprise customers as well as some regular customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Reviews and submits Enterprise orders in a timely manner
- Processes manual Enterprise invoices
- Assists with Enterprise Billing Disputes
- Available to handle overflow inbound calls from the Billing Services & Billing Escalation Queue
- Investigates and resolves Enterprise cases assigned to the Billing Services team in Salesforce
- Make daily/weekly touch calls/emails to past due Enterprise accounts (all billing types; CC Auto Pay, ACH and Monthly Statement)
- Depending on availability may also cover:
- Creating manual invoices for Freight Matching customers when requested by the reps for billing discrepancy
- Cross train to support other job duties for Enterprise Billing
- Assisting with Contract rebuilds for correction and.or renewals
- Technological testing for service improvement

Education/Experience
High school diploma as well as 1-2 years billing or call center experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as contracts, operating instructions and procedural manuals. Ability to write routine correspondence.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interests, percentages etc.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
