Lead product development for DAT’s freight analytics and intelligence platform. Represent shippers, brokers, and carriers in product decisions; conduct customer and market research; manage analytics and pricing features from discovery through launch; collaborate cross-functionally; lead product rollouts; and monitor product health, engagement, and customer outcomes.

Lead the Fintech Platform engineering team building and scaling a reliable ledger, fintech products, banking and lender integrations, and financial systems for trucking businesses. Coach and develop engineers, establish accountability, guide speed-versus-quality tradeoffs, and promote engineering excellence. The role requires expertise in payments, systems of record, cloud platforms, and data systems, with preferred experience in double-entry accounting, asset-based lending, marketplaces, and banking integrations.

Lead the architecture and evolution of enterprise-scale data platforms, applying distributed-systems and advanced data-modeling patterns. Establish technical standards across dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, Kafka, ETL, cloud infrastructure, security, monitoring, CI/CD, testing, and source control. Develop and operate business intelligence and AI-agent solutions for strategic decision-making. Manages the paid media agency, budgets, performance reporting, channel standards, testing, and quality assurance. Coaches a multi-channel marketing team, supports hiring, partners on measurement and attribution, and coordinates vendor invoices with Finance and Marketing Operations.

Leads brand identity, creative direction, and campaign production across DAT’s multi-brand portfolio. Oversees brand refresh implementation, design system governance, creative operations, quality standards, agency coordination, and marketing capacity planning. The role manages the in-house creative function and partners with content and governance teams to maintain visual standards and asset libraries. Requires extensive brand and campaign creative experience, leadership experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud tools.

Own the end-to-end transaction lifecycle for a fintech platform: process and verify invoices, resolve post-funding exceptions, reconcile payments, monitor outstanding balances, manage alert-based workflows, maintain audit-ready records, partner with risk and service teams, and contribute to process improvements.

Lead 1–2 engineering teams to deliver and maintain Broker Tech systems end-to-end. Run sprint planning, backlog refinement, and forecasting; manage FTEs and contractors (hiring, 1:1s, reviews, growth plans); guide architecture and cross-team dependencies; uphold engineering standards; partner with Product to translate roadmap into shipped work; remove impediments and share knowledge to avoid single points of failure.

Serve as first point of contact via phone, email, and chat; troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalate complex problems, maintain strong product knowledge, collect feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.

Lead design, development, and delivery of large-scale, high-throughput backend services using Node.js/TypeScript. Drive architecture on AWS (EKS, MSK, S3), champion best practices (CI/CD, IaC, testing), mentor engineers, manage incidents and root-cause analysis, and collaborate with product and operations to deliver reliable, observable microservice-based systems.

As a Senior Software Engineer, lead design and development of core backend services while mentoring other engineers and enforcing best practices.

Set architectural vision and implementation strategy while remaining hands-on across the full stack (.NET Core/C#, Angular). Design and develop scalable REST APIs, enforce architecture guidelines, mentor engineers, drive cross-team initiatives, own CI/CD and DevOps practices, and champion AI-assisted development and AI feature integration into the product in partnership with Product and Operations.
