Own the carrier conversion funnel for a freight marketplace, improving auctions, bidding, negotiation, matching, and booking experiences. Partner with data science, operations, trust, fraud, and engineering teams to develop pricing and matching mechanisms. Define success metrics, prioritize initiatives, manage experimentation amid incomplete data, and lead products from problem definition through launch and impact assessment.

Leads DAT iQ’s product and engineering organization, owns the analytics portfolio and roadmap, strengthens product management, and ensures reliable delivery and product quality. Develops analytics strategy, turns forecasting and rate models into scalable products, engages brokers and shippers, and guides packaging and pricing decisions. The role requires freight-market expertise, data and modeling fluency, commercial judgment, customer leadership, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Build and lead a new developer-experience and platform function for third-party DAT integrators. Develop SDKs and tooling in TypeScript, create AI-friendly documentation and OpenAPI specifications, and implement API logging, monitoring, governance, and observability. Take proofs of concept into production, lead multi-team technical initiatives, improve integration reliability and performance, collaborate across Product, Support, and Engineering, and mentor engineers.

Build and maintain performant, accessible web experiences using Next.js and React, integrating headless CMS platforms through REST and GraphQL. Partner with design, research, marketing, and engineering teams to translate brand and campaign requirements into production-ready experiences. Lead greenfield architecture, prototyping, experimentation, design-system improvements, performance optimization, accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and quality practices.

The role collaborates with software engineers and architects, promotes SRE best practices, and helps modernize legacy systems using cloud platforms and infrastructure tooling.

Lead product positioning, go-to-market strategy, launch planning, and enablement for Loadlink’s SaaS products. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to create messaging, sales tools, customer narratives, and campaigns. Build a scalable product marketing practice, measure launch performance, and translate complex product capabilities into compelling value propositions. The role focuses on B2B SaaS or marketplace products, with logistics or freight technology experience preferred.

Leads application development strategy, engineering teams, technical projects, and operational excellence. Partners with Product, UX, DevOps, and Data Science teams to deliver scalable logistics features, maintain reliable high-availability services through code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD, resolve production issues, and hire, mentor, and retain engineering talent.

Own the architecture and operation of DAT’s shared AI and machine learning platform. The role establishes deal desk SLAs and Delegation of Authority frameworks, integrates contracting across Salesforce and NetSuite, redesigns self-signup and enterprise workflows, and partners with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product. It also provides pricing analytics, investigates deal performance issues, maintains approval records, and develops scalable operating procedures.
