Want to make a BIG impact at a small (but quickly growing!) company?
The AltSource team is hiring an Account Executive to help continue to grow our company. As an Account Executive you will use your exceptional people skills to be on the front line of building long term customer relationships. In this position you will drive sales and foster partnerships while working in collaboration with an amazing group of individuals.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to independently manage the entire sales process for our clients, from cold calling to networking. You will be responsible for both in and out-bound sales, with the initial goal of developing a pipeline 3x your assigned quota. You'll do this with the support of a seasoned lead generation team that will provide you with meaningful opportunities to supplement your own, self-directed, pipeline growth activities. We'll provide you with the sales tools and processes to make sure that team members stay informed and have the ability to make accurate sales forecasts.
Requirements for Success:
Success in this role requires a proven ability to develop a healthy pipeline, build lasting relationships, and garner influence with senior executive and management level corporate contacts. You must be able to engage multiple levels of an organization simultaneously and provide strategic consultation and partnership. Your strong business acumen and background in business development or sales with software or technology services, or similar consulting services allows you to present effectively to C-level executives.
The role requires strong networking skills, the ability to provide great service and the ability to move opportunities through the pipeline effectively. You will need to be energetic, passionate, self-sufficient and comfortable explaining all aspects of our business to clients. To be successful in this position, you must be able to effectively work with internal and external partners, independently manage a full sales cycle, and accurately forecast sales while managing a pipeline. While this position can be performed remotely, you must have the ability to travel as needed for client or company meetings.
