The Sales Team is responsible for generating revenue for the app by selling advertising space, premium features, or partnership packages to businesses and individuals. They act as the link between the app and external clients who want to reach the app’s user base. Their main focus is to convert business opportunities into paying clients, thereby driving the financial growth of the app.

This is a hybrid role based in Ghana

Duties:

  • Find and approach possible sponsors, partners, and advertisers.
  • Provide promotional packages, subscription options, and ad placements in the App
  • Create and preserve a solid clientele.
  • Close agreements and negotiate contracts with companies and brands.
  • Work together with the marketing team to create an alluring sales offer.
  • Monitor sales results and create reports daily.
  • Notifying customers about the advantages of using our social media app for advertising.
  • Maintain a constant sales growth.

 



Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of OND/HND/BSc or relevant experience of  4-5 years.
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or digital advertising.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and digital marketing.
  • Goal-oriented and driven by meeting or surpassing sales targets.
  • Ability to work well in a team and contribute to overall revenue growth.
