SUMMARY:    

This position will work closely with estimating, sales and assigned customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Acts as a liaison between the sales and operations teams and assigned customers.

Coordinates project management activities, resources, equipment, and information. 

Ensure that customers’ needs are met as projects evolve.

Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.

Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants. 

Work closely with Regional Sales Manager to eliminate potential problems. 

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, plans, and reports.

Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests. 

Organize and Coordinate meetings and document meeting minutes. 

Duties may be expanded upon, and additional duties may be assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENT  

This job operates in a professional office environment. 

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. 

Exposure to wet and humid conditions in the plant environment 

Exposure to high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; and vibration in the plant environment. 

Noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Qualifications

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 

Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field 

Two Years of experience in customer relations in the packaging industry

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and outlook. 

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment 

Strong analytical skills

Strong project management skills 

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to schedule and prioritize all work assignments.

Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
