What you'll own
  • Create exceptional experiences for assigned sales professionals by serving as a trusted point of contact and driving timely, accurate solutions that keep opportunities moving forward.

  • Drive operational efficiency by managing product, service and account-related requests that enable faster decision-making and stronger business outcomes.

  • Build momentum throughout the sales lifecycle by identifying and resolving information gaps, ensuring opportunities progress smoothly and efficiently.

  • Strengthen client relationships through proactive follow-up and engagement that reinforces confidence in Global Payments solutions and services.

  • Influence account growth by facilitating statement reviews, identifying opportunities for optimization and creating meaningful conversations with clients.

  • Expand business opportunities by coordinating targeted referral partner meetings and sales-focused marketing initiatives that generate new connections and growth.

  • Improve the client experience by ensuring account transitions, upgrades and account closures are completed accurately and efficiently.

  • Use organization, attention to detail and strong communication to create visibility, consistency and successful outcomes across sales activities.

What you bring
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Two or more years of relevant experience in sales support, customer service, account management or a related field.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and confidently engage with clients, partners and internal stakeholders.

  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment when evaluating situations and identifying solutions.

  • Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy, follow-through and attention to detail.

  • The ability to learn new products, systems and processes quickly while maintaining a client-focused approach.
