Our client, a manufacturing company, is looking for a competitive field sales representative to drive the execution of targeted sales strategies and attract new clients. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong ability to build relationships and identify customer needs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests,
  • competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.
  • Collections and delivery of products to retailers and salons.
  • Merchandising.
  • New Product launch.
  • Product research and feedback.


Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a sales representative in FMCG (Experience in cosmetics.
  • Industry will be given preference.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven t rack record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
