  • Builds strong relationships with customers and prospects new business opportunities at all levels of the organization.
  • Develop and manage account strategies to protect and grow our business.
  • Effectively manages all internal and external communication related to existing business and new business onboarding.
  • Identify, understand, and communicate customer, industry, and end-user needs to the organization.
  • Successfully manage selling situations using Strategic and Conceptual Selling principles to drive profitable growth. 
  • Develop new profitable business. Build and maintain an active opportunity pipeline.
  • Participate in pricing and contract analysis, evaluations, and negotiations.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and project timing.
  • Complete administrative functions in a thorough, accurate and timely manner.

Develop and maintain account plans on how the accounts will achieve targets and identify specific actions to improve profits.
