Cox Automotive is currently looking for a Sales Operations Senior Analyst to join our team.
You will be responsible for supporting the Sales Business Office's efforts to guide Cox Automotive in becoming more sophisticated and technologically advanced in the realm of deal facilitation. More specifically, you will support the design and configuration of products and pricing as part of a Cox Automotive-wide Configure Price Quote (CPQ) technology strategy to manage all deal making aspects, both high and low complexity, to improve the customer (buyer/seller) experience ultimately driving bottom line growth for CAI. In this role, you will report to the Manager, Quoting Tools & Reporting.
What You'll Do
Quote to Revenue Support:
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Technology teams to drive efficient and profitable execution of deals through business process improvement and design and configuration of advanced CPQ technology strategies improving the customer experience (buyer/seller)
- Work complex escalations and unblock sales stoppers within quote to revenue processes
- Manage bug/defect reporting and enhancement requests for the Cox Automotive Salesforce CPQ tool and effectively communicate timelines and expectations with Sales and other key stakeholders
- Partner with stakeholders to define product, pricing, promotion, and deal evaluation strategies and incorporate into the deal automation processes and technologies
- Incorporate advanced technology strategies to support complex and customized deal structures, including pricing, legal terms and conditions, implementation, and fulfillment
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure defects and enhancements roll out to established timelines and adoption targets
- Partner with Sales, Technology, and Finance to clearly define KPIs, develop success criteria, and evaluate performance to support existing and prioritize future deal automation technology development
Relationship Management:
- Support Manager, Sales Operations to successfully gain strategic alignment across stakeholders on technology roadmap and delivery priorities
- Build and Maintain peer relationships and internal network of connections across the business to facilitate effective knowledge sharing and avoid duplication of effort
- Build partnership with IT to collaborate on complex issues and have the ability to represent IT to the business, and represent the business to IT

Who You Are/ Qualifications
Minimum:
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 4 years' experience in business, operations, consulting or technology (ideally in sales operations role). The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years' experience in a related field
- Experience with lead-to-cash processes and platforms
- 3 years of Configure/Price/Quote (CPQ) software experience or relevant systems (Billing/CLM)
- MS Office; particularly Word, PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills
- Technical Skills: Outstanding analytical skills and a high degree of intellectual curiosity to help connect dots
- Project Methodologies: Thorough understanding of program management techniques and methods
- Influence: Ability to operate and work across functional groups in a matrixed organization and influence change
Preferred:
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist or Admin (preferred)
- Salesforce.com, Power BI, Tableau, AWS; Ability to build reports in Salesforce and Power BI a plus

Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $79,400.00 - $119,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Benefits:
The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
