OVERVIEW
As a Sales Operations Manager – Sales Strategy, you’ll work as a trusted partner to Regional and Segment Sales Leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making that improves sales performance, productivity and forecast accuracy. Serving as part of the Global Revenue Operations function, this role is accountable for delivering actionable insights and recommendations, working cross-functionally to champion innovation and optimization, and leveraging AI-enabled analytics and automation to identify opportunities, mitigate risks and influence strategic decisions that improve business outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively analyze sales performance against targets and KPIs, translating complex data into a clear, commercially focused narrative that equips sales leaders with actionable insights and recommendations on performance trends, risks and growth opportunities.
- Own and lead the sales operating cadence for supported segments or regions, including forecast meetings, pipeline reviews, deal inspections and overall team performance reviews, using disciplined pipeline management, leading and lagging indicators and risk identification to improve forecast accuracy.
- Leverage AI-enabled analytics to accelerate forecasting, inspections and performance analysis, applying judgment to translate findings into practical recommendations and actions.
- Perform in-depth pipeline reviews to strengthen opportunity health, improve pipeline progression and increase confidence in pipeline quality.
- Conduct deep analysis of sales metrics to uncover performance and productivity trends and identify opportunities to support growth across new business, renewals, cross-sell and upsell.
- Champion Salesforce/CRM data integrity, process compliance and adoption of dashboards, analytics solutions and sales tools to support trusted, data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with Segment and Regional Sales VPs, Global Sales Operations and Finance to ensure complete and accurate delivery of all sales planning components.
- Lead or support cross-functional sales operations initiatives that improve sales effectiveness, productivity, scalability and adoption of new tools.
- Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for forecasting, pipeline management, sales performance measurement and operational best practice.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Skills + Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or a related role.
- Demonstrable experience delivering advanced sales analysis and business intelligence to sales leaders.
- Evidence of leading structured pipeline management and forecasting processes, using leading and lagging indicators to improve forecast accuracy and business confidence.
- Ability to translate complex data into a clear, compelling narrative with recommendations and insights that influence sales leadership.
- Proficient in Salesforce, Power BI and sales analytics platforms, with experience improving adoption, data integrity and effective system utilization.
- Adept at building collaborative, productive relationships with senior cross-functional stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments.
- Demonstrable ability to identify process and operational improvements that remove friction, strengthen execution and enhance sales operating rhythms.
- Highly organized and accountable, with the ability to progress initiatives with precision, clarity and strong follow-through.
TRAVEL: 10% travel to attend segment or team meetings.

Compensation:
$89,600.00 - $157,000.00 USDCompensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
