About the Role

As a Sales Operations Analyst dedicated to the broker channel, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team and driving revenue growth. You will leverage your analytical skills, process mindset, and attention to detail to provide data-driven insights and operational excellence to our channel sales team.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage reports and dashboards to track sales and broker performance, sales pipeline, and key metrics, providing insights for data-driven decision making
  • Assist with channel sales forecasting and identify areas for improvement in modeling and sales processes
  • Manage the broker commissions process, ensuring timely and accurate payments
  • Maintain and update sales incentives to ensure accurate processing of customer requests and commission payments
  • Analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities within the broker channel, including territory management and market analysis
  • Manage and ensure the accuracy and completeness of broker data within the CRM system
  • Partner with the Broker Sales team to understand their needs and challenges, including data and process-related requests
  • Support the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials targeted towards brokers
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales effectiveness
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Product) to ensure alignment and support for the broker channel
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations impacting the broker channel

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations or a similar analytical role
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with querying databases to extract relevant sales or broker data (a plus)
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare insurance industry and broker channel (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) (a plus)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
