We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales process efficiency, and enhancing overall sales performance. Your ability to complex deal structures, offer solutions to challenging scenarios, and systematically process will be crucial in improving sales effectiveness and contributing to the company's growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and optimize sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Spearhead the management and resolution of cases by developing efficient processes, tracking systems, and metrics to ensure timely and effective solutions
  • Work closely with the sales team to forecast sales projections and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Assist in the implementation and optimization of Salesforce to support sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to align strategies and drive overall business objectives.
  • Provide training and support to sales staff on tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports and analyses as needed to support strategic initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related role.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CPQ, including configuration, administration, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of improving sales effectiveness, and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS company is a plus.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Primarily office-environment work, extended periods of sitting or standing, computer-based work. Limited lifting, and equipment usage limited to computer-related equipment (keyboards, mouse, etc.)
