- Working toward specific individual and team targets, such as a set number of calls per day or successful appointments booked.
- Representing the company at networking events, trade shows, or industry conferences.
- Relaying customer feedback and common objections to the marketing and product teams to help refine the sales strategy.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive, manufacturing, construction and insurance industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- Resilience, time management, and a high level of emotional intelligence.
