We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales professional to drive growth across Corporate and Enterprise accounts in the APAC region. This is a quota-carrying individual contributor role focused on acquiring new enterprise customers, expanding existing accounts, and closing complex cloud, data, and AI transformation deals in collaboration with Google Cloud. You will build strong executive relationships, identify business opportunities, and lead opportunities from prospecting through negotiation and closing, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the cloud journey.
Your role will include
- New Business Development & Account Expansion
- Identify, qualify, and close new Corporate and Enterprise customers.
- Expand underdeveloped or dormant accounts within the existing portfolio.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive upsell, cross-sell, and long-term account growth.
- Build and maintain a strong, healthy sales pipeline aligned to quota targets.
- Executive & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build trusted relationships across multiple stakeholder levels, including CIOs, CTOs, IT leaders, and business decision-makers.
- Understand customer business objectives and align cloud, data, and AI solutions accordingly.
- Position our organization as a value-driven transformation partner.
- Google Cloud Co-Selling
- Work closely with Google Account Teams to develop joint opportunities and execute co-selling motions.
- Align on target accounts, opportunity strategy, and executive engagement.
- Leverage Google ecosystem relationships to accelerate pipeline and deal velocity.
- Solution Selling & Deal Management
- Lead complex sales cycles involving technical, commercial, and procurement stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Architects, Customer Engineers, Project Managers, and Customer Success Managers to design and present tailored solutions.
- Structure and negotiate commercial agreements that balance competitiveness and profitability.
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery and ongoing customer success.
- Performance & CRM Excellence
- Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and growth targets.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene (Hubspot).
- Use data and analytics to refine sales strategy and improve conversion rates.
- Contribute insights from the field to improve positioning and go-to-market execution.
You will need
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B Enterprise IT or Cloud sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in Corporate/Enterprise segments.
- Strong solution-selling skills and experience managing complex sales cycles.
- Solid understanding of cloud computing, data platforms, and AI technologies.
- Experience selling cloud infrastructure, managed services, or digital transformation solutions.
- Ability to engage technical and business stakeholders confidently.
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Skilled in creating compelling presentations and negotiating effectively to close deals. Can navigate complex business and technical discussions to secure mutually beneficial agreements
