The Opportunity:
We’re looking for an innovative and customer-centric Sales Manager to support and grow enterprise end-user relationships and sales in your region. You’ll be part of a high-energy, fast-paced team that thrives on impact. In this hybrid role combining account management and technical consulting, you'll work directly with enterprise customers, helping them solve complex wireless networking challenges using Ekahau solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Revenue: Own and exceed regional revenue targets by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new enterprise customers.
Manage Relationships: Build long-term partnerships with end-users and channel partners, acting as a trusted advisor for their Wi-Fi needs.
Develop Pipeline: Identify and qualify opportunities, nurture leads, and guide them through the sales cycle using Salesforce.
Partner Engagement: Collaborate with inside sales, marketing, and global systems integrators to close deals and drive adoption of Ekahau solutions
Customer Success: Ensure clients are getting maximum value from our solutions through effective onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
Market Intelligence: Share customer insights and competitive intelligence with product and strategy teams to inform ongoing improvements.
Travel: Attend client meetings, industry events, and internal team gatherings as needed.
Job Qualifications:
7+ years of enterprise sales or technical account management experience, preferably in networking or Wi-Fi infrastructure.
Proven ability to build and manage relationships with global enterprise clients (Fortune/Global 2000)
Strong consultative & competitive selling and solution-oriented mindset
Experience working with vendors such as Cisco, HPE, Juniper, Extreme, and tier-one SIs (e.g., NTT, ATEA, Softcat, WWT, GSI’s and national integrators)
Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex technical concepts for various audiences and confidence to present at events
Highly self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal supervision
Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce, PPT and other similar applications
Willingness to travel as needed (estimated 50%)

Compensation Range
Ookla provides a range for the base pay. Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay may include your specific job related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The salary compensation for this role is 400,000 - 447,000 AED. Individual pay within the compensation range for this business unit specific role is determined based on a variety of factors including experience, scope of the role, capabilities to perform the role, education and training, as well as business and company performance.
