Business Growth & Sales Management
- Support superiors in executing growth strategies for the direct corporate client segment.
- Identify new business opportunities, expand the client portfolio, and develop all Company business lines.
- Oversee the sales operations of the HCMC Sales team, focusing on Japanese direct clients.
- Implement sales campaigns, monitor renewals, analyze business performance, and propose improvement actions.
- Gather market insights, report client feedback, and contribute to strategic planning and budgeting.
- Establish and manage sales procedures in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to strengthen the company’s reputation and operational standards.
Customer Servicing
- Ensure high-quality after-sales services, including presentations, safety training and risk survey programs, gifts and entertainment policy, discount rating scheme, etc.
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients and business partners.
Product & Business Development
- Stay updated on insurance market trends and analyze product performance.
- Participate in product development and new business initiatives.
- Prepare marketing materials and support product promotion initiatives.
Team Management
- Lead and manage the Vietnamese team responsible for Japanese business.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and foster cross-team collaboration.
- Handle recruitment, training, performance evaluation, task delegation, and team development.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in non-life insurance, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
- Effective interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform under pressure.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with digital tools.
