Sales Manager

You will lead the development and execution of the commercial strategy within the corrugated packaging business. You will be responsible for driving profitable growth, strengthening key customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in a highly competitive market. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead, manage, and develop the sales function within the packaging business; 

  • Define and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends; 

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on promotional activities and campaigns; 

  • Define pricing strategies and discount policies; 

  • Manage key accounts and build long-term partnerships with strategic customers; 

  • Develop pricing strategies, margin management, and commercial policies; 

  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and delivery against targets; 

  • Analyze market trends and dynamics, and identify growth opportunities; 

  • Collaborate closely with production, supply chain, and design teams to deliver optimized packaging solutions; 

  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes; 

  • Track key sales KPIs (revenue, profitability, conversion rates); 

  • Prepare regular sales performance reports; 

  • Monitor receivables, stock levels, and other operational indicators 

  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and customer experience; 

  • Ensure timely collection of receivables and overall account health; 

  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and health & safety regulations. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles 

  • University degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or related field 

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Outlook and PowerPoint) 

  • English language proficiency – minimum B2 level 

  • Strong strategic thinking and results orientation 

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills 

  • High-level presentation skills 

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships 

  • Good understanding of market trends and industry dynamics 

  • High level of responsibility and initiative
