Territory Sales Manager

Job description
- Maintain healthy topline (Revenue) and bottom line (GP) within portfolio products
- Achieve the targeted Revenue and GP margin by driving customer breadth, product mixing, local coverage and coverage of all customer segments
- Maintain focus and awareness in the Serbian market while boosting sales
- Analyze the customer network in assigned region, in order to identify new opportunities and growth for assigned region
- Attending assign Technical/Sales Training and Seminars
- Maintain close relations within existing pipeline, leads and projects in predefined portfolio
- Developing relationships with existing and potential new partners.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge on technology and Serbian market
- Excellent written and communication skills, Serbian and English
- Basics grounding of the technical nature of IT products
- Self-starter, self-motivated and a team player
- Customer orientated, approachable
