Our Sales Manager will be essential in mentoring, coaching, and leading their team to exceed expectations, as well as working with other key stakeholders across the organization to grow the business. Where you can make an impact:
- Train, motivate, and manage a team of 6-8 account executives.
- Set clear expectations and instill accountability for team members.
- Shadow phone interactions and examine sales pipeline to monitor and improve team performance.
- Develop effective coaching strategies and content for team meetings and 1:1s.
- Encourage employees to contribute new ideas and solutions to problems.
- Be a respected leader while maintaining our strong sales community culture.
- Take an active role in identifying and recruiting top talent.
- Step outside your comfort zone to take on projects beyond the scope of your day to day responsibilities as needed.
You are:

Your experience:

- Experienced (1+ year) in managing a team of at least 4 account executives
- Proven track record of sales success
- Experienced operating within a transactional sales environment
- Comfortable coaching and developing Account Executives across different experience levels
- Preferred experience within the Fin-tech or Lending industry (not required!)

- The compensation for this role is $120k-$150k (OT, base salary + on target variable commission)
- Base pay offered may vary within the posted range based on several factors, including but not limited to education, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
