About the Team

In Global Revenue Enablement (GRE) at Workday, we focus to provide a scalable knowledge and skill foundation that drives predictable and measurable growth for our Global Revenue organization.

About the Role

As an LMS Administrator, this role will be responsible for creating learning courses, tracking attendees, updating completions, running reports, and maintaining our course catalogs for Sales so that we can effectively track seller learning across sales enablement activities.

Responsibilities

  • Learning Content:  Responsible for working with stakeholders to understand needs for administration of  learning content within the Workday Learning platform. This includes adding new courses and scheduled offerings, performing edits as needed, and managing course organization within learning programs. A key aspect is ensuring content is effectively delivered to learners, which involves uploading course attendance post-events, creating and launching campaigns to promote learning initiatives, and assigning relevant content to new hires to facilitate their onboarding and development.

  • LMS Administration & Technical Support: Administer the Workday Learning platform, including user support, system maintenance, troubleshooting, reporting, and the management of course Ids  and user guides. Proactively identify and resolve system issues and collaborate on strategic enhancements to optimize the learning experience.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Partner with stakeholders across the organization to define system enhancements, and contribute to the long-term strategy for the Learning Management System, driving continuous improvement in learning delivery and the overall user experience.

Responsabilidades:

  • Contenido de capacitación: será responsable de trabajar con las partes interesadas para comprender las necesidades de administración del contenido de capacitación dentro de la plataforma Workday Learning. Incluye agregar nuevos cursos y ofertas programadas, realizar ediciones según sea necesario y administrar la organización de los cursos dentro de los programas de capacitación. Un aspecto clave es garantizar que el contenido se entregue de manera efectiva a los alumnos, lo que implica cargar la asistencia al curso después de los eventos, crear y lanzar campañas para promover iniciativas de capacitación y asignar contenido relevante a los nuevos empleados para facilitar su proceso de incorporación y desarrollo.
  • Administración y soporte técnico del sistema de gestión de aprendizaje: administrar la plataforma Workday Learning, incluido el soporte al usuario, el mantenimiento del sistema, la solución de problemas, los informes y la gestión de identificaciones de cursos y guías de usuario. Identificar y resolver de forma proactiva los problemas del sistema y colaborar en mejoras estratégicas para optimizar la experiencia de aprendizaje.
  • Colaboración multifuncional y mejora continua: asociarse con las partes interesadas en toda la organización para definir mejoras del sistema y contribuir a la estrategia a largo plazo del sistema de gestión del aprendizaje, impulsando la mejora continua en la entrega de la capacitación y la experiencia general del usuario.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience administering learning management systems like Workday Learning

Other Qualifications

  • Be able to work independently or in a team environment

  • Be process- and detail-oriented, meticulous, a critical thinker and be performance driven.

  • Clear interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience using Workday Learning, Highspot and similar Sales Enablement tools.

  • Experience working within a sales enablement organization.

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
