Lead and coach a small Tokyo-based recruiting team to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes. Drive metrics-driven recruitment, optimize time-to-fill, build scalable workflows, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, influence talent strategies, and manage change to improve candidate experience and business impact in a fast-paced environment.

Partner with sales to discover customer needs and deliver compelling Workday Financials demonstrations, workshops, and RFP responses. Lead functional strategy in complex deals, build CFO-level relationships, support demand generation, and communicate Workdayvalue and ROI while continuously upskilling in product and AI-driven finance capabilities.

Design and govern finance data models and certification frameworks. Build curated Snowflake datasets and Sigma dashboards, reconcile Workday/Salesforce/ERP data, automate reporting pipelines, monitor data quality, and partner with Finance, BT, and Data Engineering for executive insights.

Sell Workday Financial products to large higher-education accounts. Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, build executive relationships with CFOs, negotiate contracts, and drive adoption of cloud ERP Financial, Planning, and Expense Management solutions.

Manage end-to-end maintenance of legal templates and enablement assets, coordinate global learning through the LMS, audit AI/content outputs for compliance, create training and knowledge resources, steward learning and compliance data, build reports/dashboards, and support audit readiness and cross-functional enablement efforts for Legal and Compliance teams.

Evaluate and annotate LLM-generated conversations and text, identify quality trends and failure modes, perform high-quality labeling, analyze results, and partner with AI engineers and product managers to improve model performance and user experience.

Manage and grow strategic existing accounts by driving add-on and renewal sales of Workday solutions.
