Lead technical direction and implementation of a large-scale AI model serving platform. Design, build, and operate distributed systems (Ray/Ray Serve), ensure scalability, reliability, monitoring (Prometheus), CI pipeline robustness, and evolve the production model registry while collaborating with ML engineers and stakeholders.

Lead design and delivery of high-throughput, low-latency APIs and backend services. Define API standards (REST, GraphQL, OpenAPI), drive performance, observability, scalability, and resiliency. Manage a portfolio of customers to drive CLM (Evisort) adoption and value realization. Lead Americas immigration programs covering U.S. H-1B, PERM, prevailing wage, remote work, and Canadian immigration processes. Manage complex cases, escalations, vendors, compliance, risk, governance, and strategic initiatives including M&A. Partner with HR, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders, use analytics and AI to optimize processes, communicate regulatory changes, and provide program insights.

Supports the HR technology portfolio from intake through delivery by maintaining portfolio data, monitoring AI-powered intake, validating project scoring, coordinating stakeholders, supporting capacity planning and reporting, and tracking project health and outcomes. Build and operate Evisort’s digital Customer Success program while managing a book of accounts. Design lifecycle journeys, self-service content, engagement triggers, adoption plays, value reviews, and renewal-readiness processes. Use product usage and behavioral data to identify churn, expansion, and intervention opportunities. Partner with Product, Analytics, Renewals, Support, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to scale repeatable programs and influence outcomes across the organization.

Provides executive protection services, including threat assessments, protection planning, secure domestic and international travel, advance security surveys, secure transportation, incident response, and coordination with internal teams, law enforcement, and security vendors. Requires discretion, strong judgment, emergency medical capability, extensive travel flexibility, and collaboration on global security initiatives.

Design and build high-performance backend services and APIs to deploy LLM-based products at scale. Bridge AI research and production, ensure latency, reliability, observability, perform LLM evaluations, and uphold engineering standards for distributed systems.

Lead and scale a team of Workday deployment engineers responsible for enterprise implementations from kickoff through go-live and hypercare. Translate customer requirements into configurations and deployment plans, coordinate with project managers, architects, product, support, and partners, and ensure integration, testing, security, compliance, reliability, and quality. Establish best practices, resolve deployment blockers, improve delivery processes, and mentor engineering leaders while supporting scalable customer success.

Lead Workday Student reporting workstreams for higher education customers across Australia and APAC. Gather requirements, design and test reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and discovery boards, and advise on reporting security, performance, data validation, and regulatory requirements. Partner with Student functional and technical consultants, troubleshoot reporting issues, document specifications and data lineage, and mentor junior consultants. Support enterprise implementations while evolving reusable reporting methodologies and libraries.

Build and optimize machine learning models and data pipelines for Workday’s de-identification and anonymization engine. Apply privacy techniques including differential privacy, k-anonymity, l-diversity, and t-closeness; fine-tune NER and pattern-matching models; and operate high-throughput Spark, EMR, and SageMaker pipelines in production. Collaborate with platform, infrastructure, product, legal, and compliance teams to develop scalable ML systems, data governance frameworks, and clear technical recommendations addressing privacy-utility trade-offs.

Lead strategic program development and execution to improve Japan sales performance. Analyze data, identify priorities, design business initiatives, close execution gaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders. Present complex decisions clearly, facilitate progress across programs, and drive practical, measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Leads post-close financial integration and strategic growth programs across Finance, including acquisitions, product launches, pricing changes, and international expansion. Coordinates Sales, Product, Legal, IT, and Finance stakeholders; develops M&A playbooks, governance frameworks, executive reporting, risk mitigation strategies, and value-realization measures.
