  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Learning and Development, Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Talent Acquisition, and subject matter experts to align programs with business priorities.
  • Define goals, KPIs, and success metrics to measure effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Manage enablement analytics and communicate progress and outcomes through regular updates and quarterly reviews.
  • Incorporate emerging tools and technologies, including AI, to improve content creation, engagement, and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to a strong coaching and learning culture that reinforces sales process, messaging, and best practices.
