Thousands of teams sign up to try Zello every month, and this role is the human at the front door: you make sure inbound prospects and trial signups get a fast, helpful response and a clear path to becoming paying customers. You'll also help build and sharpen the AI workflows that handle this transactional business at scale, so the system gets better every week.

After a successful first year, you will have
  • Become the reliable first response for Zello's inbound inquiries and trial signups, consistently hitting response-time and conversion targets.

  • Measurably improved the AI workflows that handle inbound, raising auto-resolution and lead-to-paid conversion versus today's baseline.

  • Personally converted high-intent prospects the automation couldn't close, using a repeatable follow-up motion others can reuse.

  • Built deep product and customer fluency, positioning you for your next step in the Revenue org (AE, CS, implementation, or solutions engineering).

What you'll do
  • Monitor, route, and respond to inbound inquiries and trial signups across channels.

  • Tune and improve the agentic AI workflows that handle inbound; surface gaps, edge cases, and failure points.

  • Step in directly on high-intent prospects, by email and phone, to convert them to paid.

  • Track conversion and response metrics, and flag what's working and where the funnel leaks.

  • Partner with Account Executives, Customer Success, and the team that owns the AI systems to close the loop.

  • Build product expertise by working hands-on with Zello and talking to customers every day.

  • 0–3 years of experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required.

This role is not
  • An outbound cold-calling seat — the focus is inbound and trials.

  • A platform-engineering role — you tune and improve AI workflows, you don't build the underlying system.

  • A dead-end seat — it's designed to grow you into AE, CS, implementation, or solutions engineering.

Skills Required

  • 0-3 years of professional experience (recent graduates encouraged)
  • Strong written communication and fast response capability
  • Comfortable learning software quickly and working with AI/automation tools
  • Ability to manage high inbound volume, stay organized and calm
  • Goal-oriented with demonstrated ability to set and hit targets
  • Willingness to collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success, and product/AI teams
  • Ability to conduct outreach and convert prospects via email and phone
