About the Role
We’re hiring full-time SDRs to help build our U.S. outbound sales engine. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to small business owners across the U.S., introducing them to Glow, and booking qualified appointments for our Account Executives.

This is a hands-on, high-energy role with real opportunity to grow. You’ll work onsite in Lahore, on a U.S. schedule, and you’ll get direct coaching, training, and feedback from experienced sales leaders.

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound cold calls to U.S. small businesses
  • Follow proven outreach scripts and strategies to get past gatekeepers and connect with decision-makers
  • Qualify prospects and book sales appointments for our Account Executives
  • Log activity and update lead data in our CRM
  • Receive coaching and feedback to continuously improve your outreach and conversion
  • Hit weekly and monthly KPIs around calls, connects, and meetings booked

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of outbound B2B calling experience, ideally targeting U.S. markets
  • Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or American accent
  • Comfortable working night shift (9pm–6am Pakistan time / 9am–6pm PST)
  • Lahore-based and able to work onsite in our office
  • Highly coachable, ambitious, and serious about improving your outbound sales skills
  • Strong communicator with high energy and resilience
