Own renewal and retention outcomes for a portfolio of U.S. small business customers. Proactively manage renewal timelines 60–90 days ahead, identify churn risk, execute save strategies, lead renewal conversations, maintain forecasting and CRM documentation, run structured check-ins, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth on-time policy renewals. Role requires working onsite nights (8pm–5am PK).

Build production AI systems across the stack to improve insurance workflows: proactive coverage intelligence, risk advisory, pre-quote/underwriting, 24/7 AI support, and internal copilots. Own features end-to-end, design LLM-powered workflows (prompts, tool-calling, RAG, agents), ship with Node.js/React/TypeScript, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Temporal, and measure and iterate on outcomes.
