We are currently seeking a talented: Sales development representative 

We believe you will:

  • Make outbound calls to clients or prospects as assigned.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or company policies.
  • Listen actively to customers’ needs, questions, and concerns.
  • Resolve issues within scope of authority or escalate to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and outcomes in the system.
  • Meet performance targets such as call handling time, organize meetings with BDM and sales goals.
  • Follow scripts and guidelines while maintaining a natural and friendly tone.
  • Ensure confidentiality of customer information and follow data protection policies.
  • Contribute to team goals by supporting colleagues and sharing feedback.

We expect you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in business development or project management in logistics.
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and client relationship management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Monthly salary ranges from 1770 EUR to 2210 EUR gross + bonuses (the specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the requirements of the position.).
