WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Prospect, research, and qualify new B2B leads across global markets
- Run initial outreach through email, LinkedIn, and calls to secure high-quality discovery meetings
- Understand client challenges and identify where our digital advertising and content solutions may fit
- Maintain clean CRM records, track activity, and support accurate pipeline visibility
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach messages and improve conversion rates
- Share market feedback and prospect insights that help shape product and sales strategy
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE
- Experience in sales or outbound prospecting, with a focus on generating new business opportunities
- An interest in digital marketing and advertising, with a willingness to learn quickly
- Curiosity about digital media or publishing — experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging prospects across email, LinkedIn, and calls
- A proactive, self-starting attitude and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment
- Good CRM habits and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple leads
- A growth-oriented mindset, coachable attitude and a strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- A bias for action — you test, iterate, and look for ways to improve your outreach
- Persistence and resilience, especially when navigating high-volume outbound work
- Experience or interest in working with global markets is a strong plus

GROSS SALARY
- 1800-2400 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences
