About the RoleWe’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) who wants more than just a job—someone who sees this as a launchpad into a high-performing sales career.
You’ll be the first point of engagement in the sales cycle—connecting with prospects, uncovering real business challenges, and creating qualified opportunities for our Business Development Managers.
This role reports to the Manager, Business Development (APAC).
This is a role for a rising star—someone who is motivated to learn fast, execute consistently, and step into a Business Development role within 12–18 months.
What You’ll Be Doing- Engage senior stakeholders via calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Identify opportunities by understanding compliance, risk, and regulatory challenges
- Qualify leads and generate high-quality meetings for the BDM team
- Keep CRM data accurate and actionable
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to build a strong pipeline
- Early experience in sales, customer service, or outbound engagement (nice to have, not essential)
- Strong communication skills and commercial mindset
