Support Education, Reference, and Continuity books through content-development tasks: set up manuscript submission sites, upload prior edition files, secure contributor agreements, coordinate peer review, produce activity-status reporting, collaborate with editorial, reporting, and data teams, and meet established turnaround times.

Lead onboarding and implementation of Brightmine products for new and existing customers. Deliver online and occasional in-person training, match customer role data to Brightmine taxonomy, troubleshoot support issues, drive data-driven engagement, maintain account plans and records, and provide customer trend insights to improve processes and product adoption.

Support legal content operations by conducting legal research and document analysis, managing content lifecycle and vendor relationships, developing dashboards and reports, and driving automation and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality legal content.

Build systems-level device intelligence code that runs in mobile apps and browsers to gather, send, and process data. Focus on C/C++ performance, memory management, and concurrency, with Java and JavaScript experience.
