Lead SOX testing lifecycle and maintain internal controls across finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R). Manage control design and operating effectiveness assessments, remediation, stakeholder and auditor liaison, and a small team to ensure SOX/ICFR compliance and reporting.

Design, build, and productionize GenAI and traditional ML solutions end-to-end. Work across data prep, feature pipelines, modelling, deployment, monitoring, and enterprise integrations (Salesforce/Oracle). Use Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, AWS, and SQL to deliver analytics, automate workflows, support L2/L3, and ensure data quality, observability, and model performance.

Lead metrics-driven customer success programs by mapping customer journeys, increasing product adoption through training and engagement, running CDI/focus groups, providing data-driven insights, and coordinating cross-functional teams to improve retention and commercial outcomes.

Design, build, and scale AI infrastructure and governance for GenAI solutions. Support model capacity planning and provisioning, translate complex product requirements into software designs, fix complex bugs, implement development best practices, and collaborate across teams while mentoring engineers.

Develop standardized, reusable QBR analytics packages and dashboards, perform iterative performance and campaign analyses to identify growth opportunities, enable analytic consultants with reusable frameworks, and build cloud-based analytics solutions (e.g., Azure, Databricks) to scale insights and support presales and campaign workflows.

Provide company secretarial and governance support for RELX PLC: manage statutory records, filings, board and AGM administration, PLC share capital and disclosures, entity management and corporate transactions, support annual report and 20-F preparation, liaise with auditors and stakeholders, drive governance improvements and ensure regulatory compliance across the Group.

Lead identification, development, and global deployment of AI and automation solutions to optimize forms and precedents content operations. Prioritize opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure governance and quality, integrate solutions, report outcomes to leadership, and drive continuous improvement and responsible AI practices.

Support and optimize the UX research participant panel and knowledge systems. Manage recruitment, incentives, survey templates, scheduling, and research repositories. Ensure GDPR-compliant consent, secure PII handling, evaluate research tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Tetra Insights), customize web pages with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, onboard team members, and coordinate stakeholders across regions.

Lead design, implementation, automation, and support of on-premises and cloud enterprise infrastructure. Manage Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage, backup/DR, identity services, security hardening/STIGs, patching, monitoring, and incident response while collaborating with cross-functional engineering and security teams.
