monday.com is the AI work platform powering the most ambitious teams. 250,000+ customers across departments use us to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. We move fast, build things that matter, and foster an ownership-driven culture where you're empowered to shape how organizations work and outpace their competition.
Israel is monday.com's home market, and we're looking for an XDR to be our dedicated Sales Development rep on the ground here. You'll be the only XDR focused on Israel, which means real ownership of the market, direct visibility with leadership, and the chance to make a big impact from day one.
You'll work closely with Account Executives, Sales leadership and Marketing to grow monday.com's presence with Israeli companies of every size, from fast-growing scale-ups to established enterprises.
This role is based in our Tel Aviv office, 3 days a week.
This role covers both sides of the business:
Win new logos. Run outbound into net-new companies, open doors with organisations that don't use monday.com yet, and build pipeline across key segments.
Grow our existing customers. Work into accounts that already use monday.com and multithread across their org, connecting with new departments, business units and decision-makers to find expansion opportunities.
Open doors. Prospect in a data-driven way to build pipeline across net-new and existing accounts, and strengthen monday.com's brand in the Israeli market.
Multithread and expand. Map existing customer accounts, find teams and stakeholders who could get value from monday.com, and start conversations that turn into expansion opportunities.
Take extreme ownership. As the only XDR on the ground in Israel, spot what isn't working and fix it. Use our tools to prospect at speed and find smarter ways to cover the market.
Qualify. Run deep-dive discovery calls to understand prospect needs, challenges and budget. Find buying signals and pain points to decide whether we're a fit.
Prepare meetings. Write detailed call reports and qualification summaries for AEs, including key contacts, company background and potential deal size.
Manage the CRM. Keep the CRM accurate and up to date with prospect data, call notes and meeting outcomes.
Report and analyse. Track your activity and performance metrics, find areas to improve, and share market insights with leadership.
Keep learning. Stay current on industry trends, competitors and monday.com's products so you can engage and qualify prospects well.
