This role contributes to Coda’s global outbound sales and lead generation efforts from our Kuala Lumpur hub. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with the international sales team in researching, qualifying, and engaging with potential partners and merchants across key global markets. The position offers hands-on exposure to B2B sales operations in a fast-growing fintech environment, blending analytical, communication, and execution skills.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Research & Qualification - Conduct structured market and company research to identify and segment high-potential leads globally.
- Outbound Prospecting & Engagement - Support outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to introduce Coda’s payment and digital solutions.
- CRM & Sales Operations Support - Maintain up-to-date records of leads and engagement status in the CRM. Assist in developing reports and dashboards to track outreach performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting - Contribute to weekly and monthly reporting by sharing leads, market insights and engagement results
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging stakeholders across markets.
- Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn about B2B tech sales and global commerce.
- Prior internship or exposure to sales, marketing, or lead generation is a plus.
