The Sales Coordinator supports the commercial organization by managing key operational processes, monitoring performance indicators, and ensuring the smooth flow of information between internal teams, customers, and management. This role is instrumental in maintaining sales efficiency, accuracy of data, and alignment with brand and regional strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operations & Performance Analysis
- Make replenishment proposals to Sales teams and customers to optimize product availability.
- Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs at the customer level to track business performance.
- Identify and assess growth opportunities and risks across accounts and regions.
- Prepare and distribute Weekly Sales / OOR (Order on Request) Reports for management review.
- Handle ad hoc requests and provide timely support to the General Manager and sales leadership.
- Collect, clean, consolidate, and report weekly sell-out data to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Develop and maintain sell-out reporting tools for internal and management use.
- Address internal data and reporting inquiries efficiently.
- Categorize SKUs based on strategic importance and sales performance.
- Collaborate with regional teams to define assortments aligned with brand direction and market needs.
- Monitor ABC classification changes to ensure key SKUs remain active and properly supported.
- Participate in AOP/LE1/LE2/Forecast reviews and upload data in WdaP along with Best Estimates.
- Support product launch preparation, including selection definition and timing.
- Define launch quantities and phasing in collaboration with Business Analysts and Sales teams, ensuring budget alignment.
- Participate in and coordinate training sessions related to product or sales initiatives.
- Maintain the Customer Master database, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Update and maintain product catalogs within the B2B portal.
- Develop and maintain sales and market intelligence reports to identify trends and insights.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance sales operations and forecasting accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, planning, or commercial operations.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with ERP or forecasting tools (e.g., WdaP) preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
