Demand Planning & Replenishment
- Develop and propose replenishment plans to Sales teams and customers to optimize product availability and stock levels.
- Perform forecast analysis and upload demand data into planning systems.
- Monitor ABC classification changes to ensure key SKUs remain active and adequately supported.
- Categorize SKUs based on strategic importance, sales performance, and lifecycle, including calendaring of new products.
Sales Operations & Performance Analysis
- Develop, maintain, and enhance sell-in, sell-out, and profitability reporting tools for internal stakeholders and management.
- Define, monitor, and analyze customer-level KPIs to track business and inventory performance.
- Conduct sales operations and inventory performance analysis to support commercial decision-making.
- Prepare and distribute weekly Sales and OOR (Order on Request) reports for management review.
- Collect, clean, consolidate, and report weekly sell-out data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
Product Launch Support
- Support product launch preparation, including assortment definition and launch timing.
- Define launch quantities and phasing in collaboration with Business Analysts and Sales teams, ensuring alignment with budgets and commercial objectives.
Data, Systems & Master Data Management
- Update and maintain product catalogs within the B2B portal.
