Role and Responsibilities :
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their electrical requirements, address inquiries, and provide expert guidance and recommendations.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of electrical products, including lighting fixtures, switches, cables, circuit breakers, and other related equipment
- Sales and Consultation: Actively promote and sell electrical products and services by assessing customer needs, proposing appropriate solutions, and generating sales through effective product demonstrations, quotations, and negotiations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in electrical sales, technical sales, or a customer-facing electrical role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical products such as lighting, switches, cables, circuit breakers, and related equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable electrical solutions.
Skills Required
