En Assurant buscamos un(a) Sales Admin para dar soporte operativo y analítico a un programa de Garantía Extendida, desarrollado en alianza con un socio de negocio. Esta posición es clave para asegurar la calidad de la información, el control operativo y la generación de insights que impulsen decisiones comerciales.
¿Qué harás en este rol?
• Elaborar reportes diarios, semanales y mensuales de ventas y activación del programa.
• Analizar datos para detectar patrones, generar insights y levantar alertas al área comercial.
• Apoyar la preparación de presentaciones de resultados para clientes y socios de negocio.
• Validar y conciliar información financiera (primas y comisiones) en coordinación con Finanzas.
• Dar soporte operativo y mantener comunicación constante con áreas internas y socios de negocio.
• Proponer mejoras a procesos y desempeño del programa con base en datos.
Lo que buscamos
• Perfil analítico, ordenado y con alta atención al detalle.
• Capacidad para cuestionar información y no solo replicarla.
• Manejo intermedio/avanzado de Excel, Word y PowerPoint.
• Experiencia en seguros, automotriz, garantías, banca o finanzas (deseable).
• Inglés intermedio (deseable).
• Licenciatura en Administración, Finanzas, Ingeniería, Sistemas, Actuaría o afín.
