Job Description
About the RoleAs a Roadside Rescue Advisor, you will coordinate emergency support by connecting customers with roadside assistance service providers. You’ll work with urgency and professionalism to dispatch the right provider, communicate updates clearly, and ensure customers feel informed and cared for throughout the rescue process.
This role is ideal for people who stay calm under pressure, communicate with empathy, and enjoy helping customers in moments of need.
What You’ll Do
Use active listening and probing questions to fully understand customer situations.
Show empathy, professionalism, and reassurance in every interaction.
Resolve routine, complex, and unique roadside assistance issues.
Aim for first‑call resolution and support high levels of customer satisfaction.
Locate and engage service providers to ensure fast, efficient roadside rescues.
Maintain clear communication with customers and service partners throughout the process.
Follow established procedures and adhere to time‑sensitive protocols.
What You Bring
Required
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Advanced English and Spanish (fully bilingual).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work across multiple systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures.
Preferred
Experience in customer service, emergency dispatch, call centers, or related environments.
