Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity available for a RGM (Revenue Growth Management) Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz! The role lies within the Benelux business unit, with its office located in Amsterdam, and is reporting into the RGM & Category Finance Senior Manager Benelux.
The delivery of profitable portfolio growth will be your primary responsibility, while constantly looking for improvement activities within your team (1 direct report).
In brief, you will be taking ownership of;

  • Developing and implementing data-driven pricing strategies that create revenue growth while supporting brand and category strategy
  • Managing and evaluating Promotion Effectiveness to ensure alignment of mechanisms and investment towards long term brand goals
  • Leading Assortment Strategy and Portfolio optimisation to identify white space opportunities in market and influencing senior stakeholders through data driven insight
  • Guiding and supporting the commercial teams to build and implement a RGM culture
  • Conducting Financial Analysis and profitability impacts of Pricing and Assortment decisions to assess Risks and Opportunities


Qualifications
Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

  • Demonstrated ability (5+ years) in RGM, Finance or Category Management, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL and Power BI is helpful
  • Strong analytical skills and financial competence to assess data and arrive at root cause- with ability to succinctly explain key drivers to senior audience
  • Ability to think strategically about data and translate this thinking into the "so what"
  • Problem-solving mentality, being able to navigate a high pace environment
