Descrição da vagaThe Regulatory Affairs Intern will support the Regulatory Specialist to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements within the Codex and Latin America region for colors and coloring foodstuff. This role involves monitoring regulations, creating and maintaining compliance conformity documents, including active participation on global regulatory projects to review processes and make mappings as relevant to stakeholders. All that working closely with Application, Business Support, Quality Assurance and Control, Sales & Marketing.
The Regulatory Affairs Intern will be part of a global team supporting the LATAM Specialist to:
- Ensure compliance of all products sold in the Latin America region, special focus in Brazil, México and Central America, including Codex requirements.
- Assist the Sales team with customers on ingredient regulation and labeling requirements.
- Work on extensive projects to create database of regulations for raw materials.
- Evaluate formulations and related matters as needed.
- Do regulatory mappings and intelligence in the region, ensuring monitoring of relevant regulations and petitions and their impacts in Oterra’s portfolio.
Student of Food Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry and related fields.
Availability for 2 years in the internship.
Intermediate English (Spanish is a plus).
