The Role
Drive KPIs, reporting, and executive-ready dashboards for KYC remediation. Build scorecards, analyze impacted populations, track trends and root causes, enable governance and controls, and partner across Compliance, Operations, Technology and Product to scale processes and automation.
Summary Generated by Built In

Step into a role where you can modernize how we run KYC at scale—with real visibility into global regulatory requirements and the chance to partner with WKO teams worldwide. You’ll help bring structure, transparency, and momentum to critical work that keeps the firm compliant and operating smoothly.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and drive the strategic metrics and reporting cadence for the remediation book of work, ensuring plans stay on track and outcomes are measurable.
  • Build and maintain KPI frameworks, scorecards, and dashboards (e.g., progress, quality, risk, aging, throughput, SLA adherence) to support informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate analysis on impacted populations, scope, and business impact, synthesizing insights into actionable executive takeaways.
  • Support end-to-end root cause analysis by tracking issue trends, surfacing leading indicators, and packaging findings to inform fixes and adoption.
  • Partner across Compliance, Operations, Technology, and Product to enable scalable controls and processes, leveraging strategic infrastructure and intelligent automation where it makes sense.
  • Provide governance support across KYC activities, including tracking, transparency, and early escalation of risks or blockers based on data-driven signals.
  • Support global stakeholders and GPO leads with metrics, reporting, and deck creation/review for senior audiences—ensuring storyline, visuals, and recommendations are executive-ready.
  • Run internal controls and help ensure established protocols and standards are consistently followed.

What success looks like:

  • Clean, straightforward, executive-ready decks delivered on time—clear storyline, consistent formatting, and minimal noise.

  • Strategic metrics that leadership can rely on, with clear definitions, stable methodology, and transparent assumptions.

  • Concise insights and calls-to-action that connect KPIs to business impact, risks, and decisions needed from Senior Management.

  • Single source of truth reporting (scorecards/trackers) that reduces back-and-forth and enables fast alignment across stakeholders.
