Supports HR operations and business partnering for the Peruvian organization and LATAM region. Responsibilities include employee lifecycle administration, recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits coordination, performance and talent processes, HR reporting, employee relations, engagement, and regional P&C projects. The role maintains HRIS data, supports process digitalization, collaborates with stakeholders and providers, and helps improve employee and manager experiences.

Sources agricultural raw materials by developing market intelligence, cost models, farmer and supplier networks, and negotiation support. Coordinates purchasing volumes, deliveries, documentation, supplier performance, quality requirements, risk mitigation, and crop forecasting. The role collaborates with sourcing, operations, quality, supply chain, and finance teams, maintains supplier and market records, and requires regular regional travel in Arequipa, Peru.

Leads and optimizes the Americas end-to-end supply network, including network planning, procurement, inventory, capacity, sourcing, manufacturing coordination, and strategic growth initiatives. Manages regional planning and procurement teams, oversees pigment network planning, supports S&OP/IBP, evaluates network scenarios, mitigates supply risks, and drives continuous improvement. Collaborates with global teams across regions and travels to manufacturing sites, suppliers, and stakeholders up to 30% of the time.
