Support the LATAM Regulatory Analyst by monitoring regional regulatory updates, maintaining databases and documentation, conducting regulatory research, preparing customer regulatory paperwork, tracking product registrations, and providing cross-functional regulatory support.

Generate and qualify leads via outbound calls, email, and digital outreach; manage and grow a sales pipeline; prepare quotes and proposals; maintain CRM records; collaborate with internal teams to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Own end-to-end supply network planning for a pigment family across global sites: create 13-week supply plans, manage MPS and MRP master data, optimize inventory and mitigate obsolescence, run constrained scenario planning, support NPI and phase-outs, align with Sales on allocations, and use SAP S4/PP-DS, IBP, Excel and Power BI for analytics and reporting.

Partner with CCO and CPSO to provide financial insights, forecasting, budgeting and performance management. Drive commercial analysis on growth, profitability, pricing, and support strategic projects and transformation initiatives. Deliver monthly reporting, business cases, scenario analyses, and improve performance management across functions.
