Regional Sales Manager

CSG Talent are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager for a leading US Construction Materials company, you will be responsible for the new business, sales and account development for ready-mix products used with major developers in the area.

Core responsibilities:

*Motivate and coach the sales team to effectively implement regional goals

* Drive the promotion and sales of building materials in the area

* Proactively identify new clients

* Conduct pricing analysis and prepare comprehensive bid packages

* Effectively nurture and leverage existing customer relationships while meeting new business targets for sales growth

* Research current market and projects to align with customer needs

* Administration of all sales documents and activity

Key requirements:

* Degree educated in relevant field (preferred)

* Industries: Cement, Concrete, Aggregates, Mining, Minerals

* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

* Proven experience in a sales leadership role with a history of managing local teams

* Excellent communication ability

* Excellent influencing and building relationship skills

* Client visits to monitor project needs and gain knowledge of the field
