The Role

As HotelRunner, We’re looking for a great Regional Sales Manager, Mediterranean, ready to take on some serious hacking.

About the job

    • Develop and implement targeted sales plans & negotiate pricing and proposals
    • Identify and develop potential customers and partners 
    • Deliver product demos and presentations
    • Establish and maintain customer relationships
    • Track and close sales opportunities
    • Follow market trends
    • Conduct competitive analysis and adjust sales strategies accordingly
    • Monitor and report sales performance
    • Able to support sales processes in the field when necessary

    Requirements

    • Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience in the tourism and/or hospitality industry
    • Extensive network with hotel owners, general managers, and/or regional tour operators, particularly in Antalya and surrounding areas
    • Demonstrated B2B sales success, strong negotiation, and relationship-building skills
    • Experience working with or for tour operators and agencies (contracting, sales, or regional management roles) 
    • Results-oriented and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to achieving monthly and annual sales targets
    • Ability to represent the company at local and international fairs, events, and client meetings
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
    • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and promote digital platforms and online tools
    • Team player with excellent organizational and reporting skills
    • Holds a valid driving license and has no restrictions on domestic travel
