Job Purpose:

The Regional Sales Administrator will provide manager level administrative support to the Sales Leadership Team for a specific region. This role is for experienced personnel that are well versed in Veritiv systems and can independently provide solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

● Manage onboarding process for all new Sales hires.
● Provide administrative support to all levels of Sales Leadership to include coordination of new customer set-up, fixing invoice discrepancies, creating presentation and correspondence for sales meetings, etc.
● Generate reporting metrics for Sales Leadership.
● Act as the intermediary between sales and stakeholders in other departments (i.e. Sourcing, Operations, Inventory Management, etc).
● Facilitate CDI and item set up (new, existing and projects).
● Handle coordination of system set up’s (Salesforce.com, eCommerce, etc.), pricing updates and renewals of contracts and deviations.
● Create and manage reports and tracking of customer programs and managing sales studies (commissions, budgeting, contests, marketing, etc.).
● Assist and implement unique customer programs.
● All other duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:

● Negotiation skills.
● Ability to recognize and resolve majority of issues independently.
● Ability to develop proficiency with company computer system is essential.
● Ability to prioritize, set and consistently achieve goals, strong time management skills.
● Strong understanding of Veritiv products, services, processes and procedures.

Work Experience:

● 5-10 years of related job experience.● Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.● Ability to work quickly and efficiently.● Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.● Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).● Strong planning and organization skills are required.

Education:

● Bachelor's Degree Preferred
