WHAT THE JOB ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE
- Managing Branch Managers through regular reviews, honest conversations, and clear direction.
- Owning your region's financial performance - sales, labour, cost controls, and GP targets.
- Turning dashboard data into action plans, not just observations.
- Coaching Branch Managers on customer satisfaction results and brand standard audits.
- Holding the region to health, safety, cash handling, and compliance standards without exception.
- Handling IR matters, hearings, and CCMA representation when required.
- Building succession - your region should always have the next leader ready.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Matric (Grade 12).
- 5 years managing multiple QSR restaurants or branches.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Solid grasp of QSR financials, employment relations, and operational standards.
- Business Management qualification is an advantage.

- Valid driver's licence
